Any advice or changes? I don't usually play commander so any input is appreciated.

Seems pretty useful. Should I cut {fencer clique} for it?

{Spell Crumple}, {Mystical Tutor}, {High Tide}. Once you get those, you should add {Kaho, Minamo Historian} so that you can fetch Mystical Tutor, Spell Crumple, and either High Tide or Hinder. EoT activate Kaho for tutor to get {Tunnel Vision}, then wait for someone to try to cast something and be like [tuck counterspell], Tunnel. You can also just Tutor into a {Temporal Mastery} to miracle it for {U}{U}{1}.

I like Kaho and {Mystical Tutor}, already have {Spell Crumple} and {Tunnel Vision}, and don't like {high tide}. Thank you for the suggestions, but is {high tide} necessary?

I really like High Tide. It allows you to have more explosive turns than normal in mono blue. Like maybe casting a giant Blue Sun on yourself on someone's end step or something.

Ok, I'll playtest with it..

When you test {High Tide}, also test out {Palinchron} and {Time Spiral}. None of those two cards are bad on their own, especially {Time Spiral}. It's essentially "refill your hand for free". And with {High Tide} it gives you gobs and gobs of extra mana. Also {Palinchron} combined with either {Deadeye Navigator}, {Phantasmal Image}, OR {High Tide} makes infinite mana! Pretty awesome stuff. That way, you get a control deck that has the ability to combo things.

Also I can't post a suggestion for any EDH deck without saying...*inhale*

{Mana Crypt} {Sol Ring} {Mana Vault}

*exhale*

Ok I'm done!

{Rewind} is also beautiful with {High Tide}.Although one of the main reasons why High Tide is so amazing in my Azami deck is because {Riptide Laboratory} + {Archaeomancer} or Tamiyo Emblem (Oh god, the horror) or {Elite Arcanist}/{Kaho, Minamo Historian}. Reusing High Tide every turn or multiple times in a turn is gorgeous.

Update!

Sweet update! Your deck is both explosive and controling. Only change I would make is removing both functional copies of {Evolving Wilds}. I believe that the drawback of entering tapped outweighs the benefit of thinning out your deck and the occasional getting rid of brainstorm cards.

Ok, thanks! The deck was a lot slower when I first made it, so it didn't get in the way, but you're right: they no longer belong.
