I love these cards. Can anyone tell me what I should take out. Plus I'm looking for lands that benefit me, also if adding a third color would be a better option I would love to see the ideas.

Cycling Lands! {Lonely Sandbar}, {Remote Isle}, etc.
I don't see the point as to why you're running Great Furnace. It's easier to destroy, since it's an artifact.
Other cards to consider: {Stroke of Genius}, {Blue Sun's Zenith}, {Braingeyser}, {Font of Mythos}, and {Mikokoro, Center of the Sea}.
If you want to add a color, I'd suggest adding black and changing your general to {Nekusar, the Mindrazer}. He has a similar strategy to Niv-Mizzet, but he punishes opponents for drawing cards. Additionally, you can still run Niv-Mizzet in your Nekusar deck as a backup win condition.
So the only reason I have the artifact land in there is because I wanted something else besides an mountain. But with more cycling lands I can put the card in my artifact deck. Plus I tried finding that three color guy and he doesn't show up. So yea but these are all great ideas. I was also wondering does the one damage he deal count as commander damage.

No, it does not count as commander damage. Commander damage must be combat damage done by the general.
Yeah, I'm having trouble with the Commander 2013 cards showing up on my searches too. I have to upgrade to iOS 6 or greater to update the database. Basically what he does is this: During each player's draw step, that player draws an additional card, but whenever an opponent draws a card, he deals 1 damage to them. He's really good.
Oh yeah & {Wheel of Fortune}
Wheel of fortune is kinda expensive

Only if you have {Curiosity} or {Ophidian Eye} or {Tandem Lookout} on {Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind}
Ohh ok I see now.
So from all the cards can people tell me what I should take out and what I should put in. I have already put in what I want. Now I want a professional opinion. Tell me what to takeout and what to put in.
