Note that it everyone MAY draw a card, so if you have Notion Thief out, no one would want to draw. You could, however, substitute {Forced Fruition}, which forces the player to draw whenever they cast a spell. That way, you get to draw seven cards each time an opponent tries to do something.
The +2 of baby {Jace Beleren} should work too
I love baby jace and notion thief. Do note that in multiplayer the forced draw of notion thief will kill you extremely fast without a backup plan such as {psychic spiral}. Just a heads up, good luck with your deck though :).
I'm not making a deck. I'm just spitting out random combos...although lately they've all been draw, so not as random as I liked
