Do cards like {riot control} or {rakdos charm} count bestowed creatures as creatures when counting?

No. Bestow says that it is played as an aura not a creature

like if you bestow with {purphoros, god of the forge} on the board, you wont ping for two cause a creature never entered. but if it the bestow falls off and becomes a creature it wont trigger etb and ping for two?
