I like it but maybe you could run crypt ghast for mana boost or liliana for pump plus mana

I would consider maybe dropping the guttersnipe for some 1 drops so that way you have plenty of creatures to help get your zombie king out.

{Boros Charm} = Boros
This deck = Rakdos

That being said, splashing white may not be a bad idea because it gives you access to said charm. And also to {Assemble the Legion} which definitely isn't bad with Purphoros or Tymaret ;).
