What happens to the spell after it's cast? Does it stay exiled and still castable? Does it just stay exiled? Does it move to its owner's graveyard?
It remains in the Exile zone forever and ever and ever until
A) You cast the spell, any time or turn you so choose (as long as you may do so according the card's casting restrictions, ie sorcery speed, or additional costs, etc). Casting the spell takes it out of the exile zone and puts it into the Stack.
B) the game ends, or
C) something, somehow removes it from the exile zone ({Karn Liberated's Ultimate}, for example)

It gets cast! It goes to the stack, and follows the typical resolution process of spells, including ending by being put into its owner's graveyard (unless otherwise specified).
