Does a destroy target enchanment card destroy an enchantment creature like creatures with bestow?
Yes it does, kind of like artifact creature. Can destroy either "creature" or "artifact". Same goes with enchanment creature. Either one will do
Thanks

No it doesn't. Got to exile them to get rid of an indestructible.

or reduce its toughness to 0 like target creature gets -x/-x or -1 counters

That still doesn't remove them. Indestructible simply ignore 0 toughness
702.12b (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=702.12b): A permanent with indestructible can't be destroyed. Such permanents aren't destroyed by lethal damage, and they ignore the state-based action that checks for lethal damage (see rule 704.5g).

that isn't lethal damage. It's 1-/1- counters. I know damage doesn't destroy them but to my knowledge -1/-1 can still get rid of them. Negative buffs
{quag sickness} or {black sun's zenith} for example

I misunderstood your post. I thought you meant it would be removed from the battlefield with a number of -1/-1 counters on it.

I don't think these cards would remove it from the battle field.

Sorry MooCow. I recant above staement and yield to you. You are correct
I'm pretty sure forcing them to sacrifice also removes indestructible

You are correct. The statebased effect will remove it as long as no combat damage happens. I am incorrect. But thank you for pointing that out for me as well
This is why {blightsteel collosus} was sooo good right up until they printed {tragic slip}. Still good but -/- counters and -/- buffs will "kill" an indestructible creature if it lowers their toughness to 0 or less...
