My board {Uril, the Miststalker} with {Bear Umbra}, {Ethereal Armor} and {Mark of Sakiko} I also have {Kessig Wolf Run} and {Giant Adephage} out and 10 other lands (all Naya colours it's EDH)
So:
Can I tap all 10 to give my Uril +7/+0 and trample then untap from Bear Umbra to give my Adpehage +7/+0 AND an additional +16/+0 from Mark of Sakikos extra mana?
Yes but it has to be done after the first strike step

I would do it this way:
Attack
Trigger umbra
Response kessig for +8/+0 on commander
Umbra resolves
Deal 5+2+3+8=18 in first strike
Add 18{G} to your pool
Tap kessig and all lands also using the {G} to pump the bug for +26
Deal 33 trample in regular combat.
