Title: Esper vs Rakdos Aggro
Post by: ApexPredator on November 17, 2013, 03:00:53 PM
Played this match up earlier and it was fun. He won round he dropped {Exava, Rakdos Blood-Witch} then {Rakdos's Return} for my hand dropped an {Azorius Charm} to dig for an answer and nothing. Game 2 was better. I kept era thing his board. Had to kill an {Underworld Cerebus}  He was able drop a bunch of hasties he swung all out then he hit my {Jace, Architect of Thought} with {Chandra's Phoenix}. I blocked with the three tokens I had from the {Elspeth, Sun's Champion} he had killed earlier. I took 6 damage eot I dropped an {Azorius Charm} drew a plains. At draw step I hit a {Supreme Verdict} wrathed is board pass turn. He's in top deck mode now. Draws another {Chandra's Phoenix} hits me for two. Eot {Sphinx's Revelation} for 4 hit an {AEtherling}. Draw another land drop {AEtherling} leave mana open for {Dissolve}. Pass turn. He casts {Exava, Rakdos Blood-Witch} I {Dissolve} scry away an {Azorius Charm} he hits for two. My turn I pump {AEtherling} for 8 and he scoops. Game 3 was much the same.
