1) 2/2 with indestructible attacks, I block with my 3/3 with deathtouch and infect. What happens?
2) I attack with a 3/3 with deathtouch and first strike, and for fun throw a lure out there. My opponent has four creatures in the battlefield, what happens?
Thanks!

1) infect will add -1 counters to his creature bringing its toughness to 0, killing it.
2) you can kill off 3 creatures before they deal damage to your creature. The 4th one lives

Thank you!
I'm not so sure, since indestructibility saves a creature from lethal damage, and infect actually "deals damage in the form of -1/-1 counters, I don't think infect beats indestructible.

A creature with indestructable will still die if it's toughness is reduced to 0.
Deathtouch states that the creature always deals enough damage to kill the other creature. So 2/2 infect deathtouch can kill a 3/3 indestructable by dealing 3 damage in the form of 3 -1/-1 counters, reducing its toughness to 0

It does. The creature doesn't die because of lethal damage. It dies because it has zero toughness. This is different from destruction, which could be regenerated for example.

Editted for correctness.
Deathtouch actually means that any amount of damage is enough to destroy a creature. Is doesn't affect the actual amount of damage dealt.
The -1's arent damage. They are more debuffs.

Thank you for the correction Jester. I learned something today

Technically, it IS damage and can be considered as such for: lifelink, redirection, prevention and protection and so forth.

Through infect yes it is. -1counters in general though are more debuffs
Can a 5/5 death touch kill up to 5 creatures?
Does it take damage from the creatures that block it? So if the 1st creatures is a 5/5< would it kill mine too?

Only if it had First strike will it kills yours first. Other wise with a 5/5 DT gets blocked by anything no matter the P/T, up to 5 of them will die because damage is dealt simultaniously
Wait wait wait, so a 1/1 infect death touch can kill a 9/9 indistructable? Am I reading that right?

No. Deathtouch means that 1 point of damage is considered "lethal" when it comes time to assign.
So, if you had a 3/3 with Deathtouch blocked by four creatures, you only need to assign one point to each blocker before moving on to the next one. This is regardless of size or indestructibility.
