Plus any angel creature or {Entreat the Angels}
Entreat by far the best,
Miracle a 5 or something
Gain 5 life get 5 9/9 angels
Don't forget {Healer of the Pride} and {Soul Warden} to really max it out! :)

{Evangel of Heliod} wouldn't do very much....
{Archangel of Thune} and {Spike Feeder} work well together...
If you have a sac outlet, {Kitchen Finks} is infinite life + +1/+1 counters on every creature you have but him
