Did you go through a Moderator? Or did you just go through the trade on your own?

Secondly, did you send first? If so, that was probably a bad idea :\

Is the person communicating with you? I've had a few long waits, but nothing like 3 weeks.

Being I've only had three trades they said they sent so I sent they have communicated a few times but nothing on the last two messages. I have had great time on here trading. I will wait one more week then bring it to the trial section. Was just curious what your thoughts were. He is on peoples trusted traider list as I an now as well so giving the benifit of the doubt he will follow threw.

Best to wait a little while; then, if he/she still does not come through with his/her end of the deal, notify a Moderator and go from there.

You can't blame a lot of people for being a bit apprehensive. I would say make a statement on the fourth week. Sometimes it feels though as some people say they're sending at the same time but its pretty apparent they waited for your end first before they sent. I had a recent experience similar but I'm not a stickler.

Not to sound like a complete butthead, (pardon my French) but isn't it kind of trade at your own risk? I mean me personally I would have signed insurance and such because I'm trade entire sets, and I can also afford that, but for the every day user I'm not sure.

I hope the moderators can help somehow.. Maybe ban the person if they're still unresponsive after several weeks. I'm just not sure what else can be done.

Let me know if you need any help with anything and I'll be more than happy!

Always check info of who you trade with

If they don't have a bunch of feedback from regulars on this site, maybe have them send first.

If you're new to the site, use a moderator if they aren't a trusted trader and its $25+ to trade

If they say they sent and they clearly haven't - make a hoopla. The trial I posted recently...the accused sent the card clearly after the fact I called him out. My evidence for that is 2 messages from him stating he's put it in the mail: one well before the trial and one a week into the trial.

Hopefully it wasnt your most valuable cards you sent off and just some cards that are sitting around collecting dust and losing value.

Would you mind PMing me the name of the user, please? While doing a Middle-Man trade between two users, I experienced a similar situation. The one user never sent their end (they said it was sent back) and I had to send the other guy his cards back, after waiting nearly a month for the cards. If it's the same user, I'd like to know.

I have had long waits for trades with very trusted great traders. Sometimes life gets in the way or the post office messes up, or the address is wrong and they get returned to sender. I guess it really depends on the level of communication and their reactions, always keep in mind how they respond to you. We have lots of ways on here to correct, avoid and repair bad trades but understand there is always a risk involved.

I've sent first with a lot new traders because I can tell they are honest and the trades are usually not of significant value. The only time I was scammed the person ignored PMs and never came back.

I traded through youtube and thought I got scammed. Turns out the first shipment got lost so he had to buy the cards again. Don't jump to conclusions. It took a month

I bought something from eBay with a tracking number, and see its stuck in Missori for some reason still. That was about 3 weeks ago also.
