I would definitely consider {hero's downfall} , {omenspeaker}, {dissolve}, and {divination} For me milling is a control from every angle and slowly rot away their resources. I would cut the incursion to a 2 and cut the thirst drinker. For 5 I would rather play a {jace, memory adept} that gives me draw power along with mill
I would run {Temple of Deceit}. Better than {Dimir Guildgate} with the scry 1. {Wight of Precinct Six} is a nice quick creature for mill decks if your not going to run more creature removals and counterspells.
{Duskmantle Guildmage} can win games with good mill.

This plus {Traumatize} is pretty nasty.
Readjusted version now. What I was planning on doing in the first place
{Omenspeaker} is great bc you need to find early answers. Also consider {Returned Phalanx} it helps a lot vs. early aggro which can be a problem vs. mill bc mill is very much related to control

Best part is that he can attack too. Mill Aggro!!!
-1 {traumatize} -1 {Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver}
+2 {Jace, Memory Adept}
