😳 is it legal to mulligan in pack wars, BTW?

Also, I was pack wars img with someone one time and they got a BU shock and foil Verdict. Next thing you know... BAM hit the table with my Conjured Currency and won.

basically pack wars is playing one sealed booster pack against another, winner take all. both players open a booster pack face down and remove the token and non foil land. they then shuffle in three basic lands of each type and play without ever seeing the cards in the pack beforehand. its risky but you can win awesome cards.

I have also played without lands, just a base mana pool of 10 or so.

yes milling is losing. which makes cards like {commune with the gods} very risky.
