Title: Mono black deck decision
Post by: Shadridium on November 05, 2013, 05:02:17 PM
Hey everyone I'm putting together a mono black edh deck, and I'm turning to all you guys to decide which path to go down. Should I follow the aggro path wi {ob nixilis, the fallen}, or take a harder control path with {iname, death aspect}

I like {iname, deatg aspect} followed up with a {rise of the dark realms}

Exactly that's the kind of bomb I'm going for the rest of the deck will just be hard control.

Yeah there's lots of EDH strategies against Aggro, EDH doesn't normally know how to tackle GY based decks. Go for it with Inane. Also, {Dread Cacodemon}?

I think your right spike, I think my plan is to ramp up then end the game by casting iname then some recurring spell, do you know any really good spirits that I can pitch.
