{Prossh, Skyraider of Kher} + {Food Chain} = infinite tokens and infinite mana and infinite death triggers.
1) cast prossh
2) exile all his dudes and him for mana, then recast with mana to spare
3) make infinite tokens, and if you sac them, infinite death triggers
4 [optional]) CAST {SPAWNSIRE OF ULAMOG}!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't think the dragon can target himself to activate his own ability.

No. You sacrifice him to Food Chain.
He can't, but he isn't targeting himself or any of the tokens for this combo. The food chain is what's targeting them.

It would be done in commander, where you would cast him from the command zone :)
