In the deck builder on this app (cause why would you use a different one?), does the Commander take up the 100th card space? Or does it not get counted in the total?
On here, Dudecore's stated that a Commander deck must have 100 cards, counting the chosen Commander. Other sites say that a Commander deck must have 100 cards, NOT counting the chosen Commander.
Which of these is true? Cause I've been building my decks with 99 cards and an uncounted Commander.
I've always done 100 total
