Alright, giving up on that horrible Maze's End deck. Here is my next project:
Creature (16)
2x {Boon Satyr}
2x {Fabled Hero}
4x {Fencing Ace}
4x {Phalanx Leader}
Enchantment (8 )
4x {Ethereal Armor}
4x {Unflinching Courage}
Instant (14)
4x {Common Bond}
4x {Giant Growth}
4x {Selesnya Charm}
4x {Warriors' Lesson}
Land (22)
9x {Forest}
9x {Plains}
4x {Temple Garden}
Planeswalker (2)
2x {Ajani, Caller of the Pride}
Sideboard (12)
4x {Gladecover Scout}
4x {Ready / Willing}
4x {Witchstalker}
Looking for feedback. Thinking of cutting {Chronicler of Heroes} in favor of more {Fabled Hero}es, pump spells, Ajani mainboard, or hexproof stuff.
Yes, either fabled heroes or {Wingsteed Rider} or even {Favored Hoplite}
I would definitely have {Glavecover scout} and {witchstalker}s in here main board. I am not a fan of the fabled hero's unless you can give him hexproof or protection (like {alpha authority} or {god's willing} ) but that is just me
{centaur battlemaster} can get huge with heroic

I LOVE {Fabled Hero}. Yes he usually gets taken out but you usually get one or two attacks with him. Also, swinging with him and then bestowing {Boon Satyr} on him ends the game 9 times out of ten. The Scouts and Stalkers are in the sideboard though against removal heavy decks.
I like the idea of Gladecover scouts or witchstalkers. The auras doth seem so good when you can get 2 or 3 for 1ed by a single doom blade.
Other than that looks good. I'm guessing you don't want to buy voices, otherwise they'd be in there? They'd be good if you can get them, of course.

Yeah, I don't want to spend the $160 for what will be worth $60 at most in a year and will only be played in Pod.

Makes sense. What about something like rootborn defenses in the sideboard against control? A supreme verdict would destroy you if you're putting a lot of auras on a creature or targeting it a lot to give in counters or whatever. It would be good to be able to stop those.

{Ready // Willing}, the Ready side is the same thing except it costs {1}{G}{W} instead of {2}{W}, it doesn't populate and it untaps your creatures.

Oops. Maybe I should read the cards in your deck before I tell you to change things... ;)
Maybe play a few main for a better game 1 against control? It's even good against agro too, untap everything and make indestructible so you can block.
Thinking of adding {Ranger's Guile}...Opinions?
If I built this deck. I would build it a lot like you have. Personally I wouldn't play ajani tho. No flying he's meh.. I would do {rangers guile} or {god's willing}
So much hate out there
Don't forget you also have acess to {bioshift}

I run {Ajani, Caller of the Pride} for his second ability. Flying and double strike end games quite often.

Don't get me wrong. I like that one. I just think its a slow mechanic vs making the dudes you have already evasive. I mean if abilitys triggered heroic that would be one thing. But you drop him. Make something that potentially has double strike already or drop a +1 + 1. And His last is meh in this format.
Gods willing on the other hand triggers heroic, and then makes your dude essentially unblockable. Instant speed. Or evades.
I just think ajani's ability is better used on things that actually get something. Like {precinct captain} or {fiendslayer paladin} I mean at least {fireshrieker} would stick around even...
