I don't know where this should go honestly :P but how does one become a Rules Advisor?
Ill take this one.
On the wizards site there is a link that takes you to the testing center. From there you can take practice tests and the rules advisor exam. They are timed. There is no prerequisites for this but if you want to move on past that you will need a level two or high judge to help you. Ill get the link in a few minutes.

I am currently on the path for level two judge sometime next year and am happy to answer any questions on this topic. I am a current rules advisor and will be testing for level one when I get back home.

Thanks! What do you do if you don't have an account to the testing page? :-\
If you have ever played at a magic event then you have the info to have an account. If you have not then youre not ready to be a rules advisor.

I have, but it's asking for a password and email adress.
Set up your account. Go to the bottom of the link I posted. There is a section for your question at the bottom.

Good luck MLerner! :D
I'm aiming for this as well, and its only letting me try to create tests... How do I take the practice exam?
Click the easy or hard practice and create the test and take it.
Am I allowed to post my percentage?
I dont see why not. Just dont post test questions

Easy or hard? When I first started taking practice tests, the hard ones would occasionally cream me like that (sometimes worse).
Either way, keep practicing! The more tests you take, the more you learn about the rules, and the easier the tests become.
My strongest bit of advice: learn about layers!
Ok enough creepception for one thread.
The practices are great to show what you need to learn. Idealy everyone who plays should be able to pass a rules advisor test.

Easy... I think I'll go cry in the corner now.... Granted, I did it in 7 minutes.
I'll just blame it on my age (12) :p

There are some pretty young judges out there. Just stay calm and ask a lot of questions. Youre primed to learn a ton of information at your age, take adavantage of that.

I'll keep that in mind :D
Also, can I get "Keep calm and ask a lot of questions" on a shirt?
Im sure there is an app for that.
7 minutes! Yeesh! Don't rush it! Take your time, and double check your answers! I couldn't tell you how many times I've re-read a question after I was done and saw I had a wrong answer marked down because I had missed the tiniest little detail.
