So I'm trying to build a standard Minotaur tribal deck. It definitely needs work, and I could use some suggestions for the sideboard. I'll replace some of the minotaurs that aren't good with better ones when born of the gods comes out. Also, does anyone know whether born of the gods game day will be standard?

I would make the reckoner a 4. Definitely would use {mizzium mortars} instead of magma jet also. Seeing as Blood Baron is still standard you want to make sure you can handle him effectively. I would also try and up land count as well. Just to help get your colors quickly and ensure you get to your curve. Since you have access to black another suggestion would be {devour flesh}, {hero's downfall} and {doom blade} helps with instant speed kill spells
Oops. I sorta forgot about the mortars. Good idea, the reason reckoner is not a 4 is that I have a ton of 3 drops already, and also I only own 2 ;) also, the mana is going to be a little tough to get working well already with so many mutavault, 3 colors, AND reckoner. doom blade is a good idea. I don't think I'll add heroes downfall unless I get some in packs or something, I don't own any and can't buy any right now. :( thanks for the advice, anyone have any other ideas for the sideboard?

I guess I'm just not sure how important white is to you here. Sticking to just {B}{R} gives you more room for good ol' removal and burn and two colors are simply easier to rely on. Veteran, chained, and the charm are good cards, but the opportunity cost for not having more of what black and red do best is something worth weighing
I feel like I don't have enough of a good matchup against control with supreme verdict if I don't have white. Also, I think reckoners mana cost is a bit hard to cast in a multicolor deck running 3 mutavault that isn't a white deck. That makes sense though, I guess I will just wait until born of the gods and see what colors the minotaurs are,
Boros charm really is the only thing to help you here against Verdict. And for that maybe just throw in a couple of {Unknown Shores}
The shores might help, I just don't know if there's room. I'll try to fit them in. Are you saying that boros charm is a good idea for anti verdict stuff?
Ok, here's a version taking out most of the white. Thoughts and sideboard help anyone?
Also, should I keep it a 2-2 split between cacklers and satyrs or go to 3-1 or 4-0 with either one?
(The rakdos gates will become the RB scry land when the name of it is released.)

I added a stormbreath dragon to the sideboard, now have 15 there.
