A normal creature who has an enchanment on it that buffs it can block crusher though right? Cuz it's the non-enchantment creature dealing the damage

Correct. The enchantment isn't damaging, enchanting, blocking, or targeting the crusher in this case, so protection won't kick in. It's simply on the creature, minding its own business.
