Try adding {Academy Ruins} for the {Mindslaver} lock combo, also I think you don't have enough lands in general.

Have you considered a {Gifts Ungiven} package?
Your main Gifts targets should be {Iona, Shield of Emeria} and {Unburial Rites}, because then your opponent gets to watch you play magic.
Edit: Of course, that would mean adding a whole extra color to the deck. Hm. Well, just a suggestion.

 {Spell Burst} is awesome in tron.

Mono-U usually doesn't run Karn. It should run {Wurmcoil Engine}, though.
