Someone (I won't say who) wanted to crosscheck an address with my list of known scammers. It turns out that Plainswalker666 and MetalMadMan have the exact same address. It is recommended that any trade activity with PLAINSWALKER666 is to cease as there is reason to believe he's trying to scam more people.
Ohh... That's interesting... I wonder if anyone has good trades with him?

Considering he boasted to have multiple fetches, liliana, thoughtseizes, etc. I'm sure someone got hooked.
The moment I started reading about him bragging about his cards I was wondering the same thing...
Him having three black promo walkers and wanting to trade them all was a red flag to me :/

He got a Stormbreath dragon and a Sacred Foundry from me. :-/ First trade on here too...
Ouch...don't let that deter you to much thou...there's more good people on here than bad
Just a reminder that we do have a middleman service as well as known scammer address verification. I will also be adding his city and state by his name in the Untrustworthy Traders thread, so be weary and contact me about any addresses you receive from that area.
Got my 2 {Domri Rade} and my 4 {Boros Charm} :/
Another reason I never send first and, if I'm skeptical, I check karma/find a middle-man. The cards aren't worth losing to loser thieves. Be smart and do your research lovelies <33 wishing everyone a happy & safe trading experience! So far, all of the people I've traded with (10 or so) have been legit and very kind.
Wow, thanks for pointing this out, you no doubt saved someone from a thief.
Ugh...people with no morals can rot...
He still owes me 6 walkers from the 5 rare giveaway.... :(
Aww, I lost my {Stormbreath Dragon} and {Xenagos, reveler guy} :(

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Xenagos!!!!!!! Why must he have stolen it????!!!! I NEED Xenagos!!!!!!! :( :( :(
I would rather have given him to you..
I also need that dragon now for a new deck I'm building 😰
Do you think that the story about his brother was a sham too?It might have been a way to get us to feel sorry for him and give him free loot.
Probably...people will do anything it takes sometimes to get what they want. Just give it a couple of years....he will probably land himself in prison. I have a friend thats a lawyer and another friend thats a cop...ill see what they say about this fiasco.
Now I feel fumed.I even sent him a sympathy PM for his bro.Now if I learn this is a sham,I will fly thousands of miles just to punch him in the face.
Nothing can legally be done. It's the sad reality of the situation. Court costs alone against him wouldn't be worth your time. Best to just be more careful next time!
It makes me sick he keeps getting away with it

Doesn't the loser of the court case have to pay the other's fees?
You have to include that in your claim. But regardless, that's only if you prove the case; and you still have to pay the few hundred dollars to even get started. No guarentee of ever getting that money back. It's very very sad that he's gotten away with so many cards, but now everyone is aware and, unless you have the proof and feel like traveling to Fresno/dropping more money on court costs, then litigation seems pointless.
I almost got scammed this time. The black plainswalkers were so tempting. What I don't understand is if he was scamming. Why he told me no. Weird he said he already had a trade pending on it so I wonder why he didn't just fabricate to get mine to

Enough people have said he stole from them, contact a California lawyer and file for "breach of contract" and provide all your messages and his name and address, you can sue to get your cards back or monetary value equalling them at time of trade.
It is a legit legal case if he said in writing on here yes to trade then you have a valid contract and he can be held to it.

Business Law Professor who is lawyer by trade
I think you're all missing my point. Why would you waste MORE money over court costs? Money that will be well over the monetary value of the cards lost? In a perfect world, justice should be swift and hard-hitting. But the reality of it is, it's time-consuming and costly.
However, I'm totally for bagging this creep. If someone does end up suing him, more power to you.
Well do we actually have this guys name(real name)?... I mean he gave me a name when i sent him my end of the trade, but Im not sure if that name is his name or somebody elses.
I'm sure there's some sort of yellow pages that has adress look ups
Those who have his address-----> http://s***senders.com/ . It's cheaper than court and more satisfying, that's all I am going to say.
That is awesome Agrus!
The Untrustworthy Traders thread has been updated with known addresses for thieves. I would advise checking it before trades are sent. I'd also suggest that you be responsible with the information, and not do something dumb like stalk/threaten/menace someone by taking the law into your own hands.
Trading is done at your own risk. You now have the tools infront of you: trusted traders, untrustworthy traders, middle man service, trials section. Make the best of it. Good luck.
