Will ready//willing save my creatures from cards like supreme verdict and planar cleansing?
{Ready // Willing}
{Supreme Verdict}
{Planar Cleansing}
Yes your creatures will be safe.
Thanks. I was hoping so
{planar cleansing}
Verdict and PC destroys creatures so to save them you can:
1. Make them Indestructible ({Boros Charm} {Rootborn Defenses} {Ready // Willing} etc.)
2. Regenerate them ({Mending Touch} { Golgari Charm} {Trollhide} etc)
3. Remove them from the game in response to Verdict or PC ({Legion's Initiative} or effects like {Ætherling})
All help/save your creatures!
(Those were all standard format answers there are tons more in other formats)

No. UNLESS the enchantment has flash like {Feral Invocation} or {Boon Satyr}. Otherwise you can only cast enchantments during either of your Mainphases.
