Title: gaining control
Post by: Onkevinoffkevin on October 27, 2013, 12:59:07 PM
I have a question about when you gain control of a creatures. So let's say I cast something to gain control  of a opponents creature does that creature lose all it's auras attached to it and does the same go for the equipment attached to it as we'll?  Also if the equipment does carry over to your side can you attach it to one of your creatures? Thank you

When you gain control of a creature all auras and equipment join it , BUT you do not control them. At the next opportunity your opponent could move the equipment, and you can not.

All enchantments and equipments are still his
You gain the boost. But equipments can be equipped to another creature

If this question was born of confusion with the Ordeals (like how it was or me), have caution that if you steal a creature and attack to get the counters necessary to sac ordeal, it will be the owner who benefits from it. {Ordeal of Heliod}

That was implied by posts above, but the more you know!
