1. {Melira, Sylvok Outcast} + {Kitchen Finks} or {Murderous Redcap} + Any sac outlet
2. {Spike Feeder} + {Archangel of Thune}
3. {Phyrexian Metamorph} + {Kitchen Finks} or {Murderous Redcap} + {Strangleroot Geist} or any other undying creature + a sac outlet
4. {Kitchen Finks} + {Archangel of Thune} + any sac outlet
