To tap it so you can untap it, might I suggest {Paradise mantle}?

Does a creature have sum. sickness if its untap? Like say that my opp. had a {Blind Obedience} and I played it could I immediately untap or do I have to wait a turn

I don't think so, but I have no idea.  That's a really good question.

Not to my knowledge. Summoning sickness just means it can't attack or tap, doesn't say anything about untapping. I'll double check, but I'm pretty sure the untap symbol is not affected by summoning sickness. As far as I'm aware, these are just activated abilities with a quirky cost in them.

Edit: I stand corrected. Lyriczulu has the correct ruling in the other thread you made. (302.6). Untap symbol is affected.
