FINALLY FINISHED AND IT RUNS SO GOOOOOOOD! I play tested it lots and lots against aggro, like my GRUUL STOMP deck, and it won 3-5!
CREATURES (8):
4x {Spellheart Chimera}
4x {Ætherling}
OTHER SPELLS (9):
3x {Divination}
3x {Mizzium Mortars}
3x {Chandra's Outrage}
4x {Cyclonic Rift}
4x {Counterflux}
4x {Magma Jet}
4x {Dissolve}
4x {Turn/Burn}
LANDS (23):
10x {Island}
9x {Mountain}
4x {Izzet Guildgate}
SIDEBOARD (15):
3x {Anger of the Gods}
3x {Skullcrack}
2x {Essence Scatter}
3x {Lightning Strike}
4x {Izzet Charm}
No love for {Chandra the pyro master}?
Izzet burn-control minus the Turn//Burn
O.o
So when you play tested the deck what was your most common and consist win con? And what way you leaning more towards?
Lol, I actually forgot about Turn//Burn!!! My most consistent win con was getting Goblin Electromacer out first, then Young Pyromancer, then going to town with Molten Birth & instants (since most of my instants are two-drops, and GE's ability lets me cast them for 1 less).
Well the only thing that I can really think of is maybe cutting out {Chandra's Phoenix} and maybe the god, and adding a 4th GE,guttersnipe,and young promancer with turn and burns and possible more mizzum morators to make it more consisnt, defiantly would have to play test it
I never have to defiantly play test anything.

My biggest suggestion would be to base it more around pyromancer/guttersnipe/Phoenix. That way you are very red centric for purphuros and have plenty of burn to end the game quickly. I'd also add in {Ogre Battledriver} as 2-3 of so that your pyromancer tokens hit for more. Also add more bounce spells such as {Voyage's End} to the deck so that the board is always clear for your big swings. Maybe even throw in {Frostburn Weird} because he's good on offense and defense.

My problem with this is that it turns into, essentially, a RDW....with a tiny splash of Blue. I want both. I'll throw in Ogre Battledriver and Frostburn Weird as Sideboards (everyone's running them right now, so it pains me to even try adding them....because I'm a rebel!). May move Voyage's End into the Mainboard instead of Siding it.

If you're running Nivix Cyclops, {Armed // Dangerous} is hilarious
I actually think the cyclops is her cut. She doesn't have much else to trigger it as a reliable wincon. This also frees up room for the {Turn/Burn} slot.

Just freed up some slots for Turn/Burn, cutting 1 Izzet Charm & both Nivix Cyclops.
Here are some changes that I would personall make...
Main:
-2 {Magma Jet}
+1 {Mizzium Mortars}
+1 {Young Pyromancer}
Magma Jet is a decent removal spell but there are a ton of creatures that don't die to it. I get the scry 2, but being able to kill {Blood Baron} consistently in the main is a huge thing. The play set of Young Pyromancer further reinforces your most common wincon and it also makes the 2 {Purphoros, God of the Forge} much more justified.
Sideboard:
1. -3 {Voyage's End}
+3 {Essence Scatter}
2. -2 {Mizzium Mortars}
-1 {Young Pyromancer}
+2 {Magma Jet}
+1 {Swan Song}
3. -3 {Blistercoil Weird}
+2 {Negate}
+1 {Dispel}
1. You already have 3 {Cyclonic Rift} in your mainboard, and if you're going to be bouncing problem creatures you might as well just go ahead and counter them.
2. I personally think 3 Mortars in your 75 is enough. You don't overload it often and it's only a sorcery. The 2 Jets from your main should come in here if you start playing a game against maybe mono red where it's a much better removal spell. The Swan Song is a nice catch-all for gods and problem instants/sorceries. The 2/2 is negligible since half of your deck is burn.
3. I see how you would consider Blistercoil to be good, but by the time you cast enough spells for him to profitably block something, you've probably already solved the problem. Negate is especially good because it hits Planeswalkers, Enchantments, etc. The Dispel isn't a Song for a couple of reasons; for one, it's {Slaughter Games} protection (Unfortunately, still a card) and second it counters other counterspells and it counters {Sphinx's Revelation}.
I don't think you should be playing Dissolve simply because you're not a control deck with like, 25 lands.
Let me know what you think of my suggestions. I hope this helps.
FINISHED IT! And thank you V for all of your suggestions :D

You're welcome. =P
One more: I personally think running 4x Aetherling is like, asking for two in your opening hand. Which isn't fun. Even when I play my UWR control deck.

Haven't had an issue with it yet, but if I do then I'll certainly swap one or two out :))
