The deck has consistancy issues...any ideas on how to fix them?

Can-trip's/Dig such as  {Serum Visions} and  {Peer Through Depths}?

Maybe use some {Manamorphose} to convert that {R} mana to {U} so you can more easily cast {Enter the Infinite} if that's what you're trying to do.

im trying to cast it for nothing, than drop my entire deck at once. I'd like to use less lands if I could...haven't figured that part out yet

Consider dropping some of the creatures and adding {Pyretic Ritual} or {Desperate Ritual} since none of the creatures you're using give a net gain of mana (unless you suspend them with {Jhoira} but then it takes four more turns...).

Could you suspend  {Omniscience} and cast a bunch of free things to find enter the infinite?
