+ red god (don't remember the name) + creature that can flicker itself for 2 or less.
Or you could have the emblem an the ritual and a {fireball} for infinite damage
I don't know of a creature that can do that. But you have infinite mana. Forget the god and use a blue card that makes target player draw X cards. Or if you really wanted the red, go fireball.
Go expensive. Tamiyo emblem+ {Ornithopter} + {Phyrexian Altar} + {Ancestral Recall}.
