Just a inquiry if a emblem created by a planes walker can be destroyed by means of permanent destruction such as {bramblecrush}?

Nope, once you have an emblem, there is nothing anyone can do about it, it is not a permanent, but just something true.

Currently, there are no ways to destroy an emblem

And game over for opponent if you have 20+ power exiled with Karn...
