There is no "nutrition battle". It's an "attrition battle", which is you just grinding people life and stuff very slowly.

My thoughts jumped to cards like {Curse of the Pierced Heart}, or a slow draw-burn combo like {Font of Mythos} + {Underworld Dreams}.
