You've got too much going on colorwise. IMO just stick with g/b, mono green or mono black. Don't get tricky with wolf run unless you're going to run g/r with {woodland cemetery} and the summing you already have in this deck list..

Yeah you right. I'll take out the runs and poppin some basics. Anything else I could change
I would trade out two of the contagion engines and replace them with {mutagenic growths}. 6 mana is quite a lot in an agro infect pump deck. You will either be waiting too long with them in your hand, or be wanting to do much more with your 6 mana.
If you still want proliferate side of it, use more clasps.
If you can find my green/black infect deck, have a look, it usually finishes the game inside turn 5.
If it goes too long the. You start looking for the swarm lord to do its thing. :)
Some good black cards are praetor's grasp or hand of praetors. Some good green cards are mycosynth fiend and melira.
I'd cut the {Travel Preperations} and use {Phyrexian Crusader} instead.
Instead of {Flensermite} you should use {Plague Stinger}.
How about a {Tezzeret's Gambit}?
Or a {Spinebiter}?
