So idk if anyone else has heard about this
But I did about a year ago and thought wow this is absolutely amazing

Basically scientists have made a tiiiiny little hole that events can happen inside of without affecting the outside and vice versa. Using light to manipulate temporals and time and such.
Pretty cool if you can imagine what this means.
