Half the remaining life. So after 2 upkeeps it's quartered... rounded up
Oooh ok. I thought it would be like
Oh lose half their life then hit next person to take the other half. Because itd be taking half like from the start of the turn.
Because at the start of their upkeep their life would be the same so they'd each lose half of that.

There's a nifty little option that let's you get them for maybe $3. So next time you want to buy a pack, hold out and buy card rulings.
