Title: New Set Competition RULINGS!

So, I realized people were just going off that first thing, and that wasn't good. I don't know why but that needed to change. So I'm making this, the OFFICIALLY OFFICIAL OF OFFICIALNESS announcement! So, in case you missed it, the rules and guidelines are:

-The set must have between 149-249 cards. It has to end in 9.
-The set can have no more than 25 reprint cards and one reprint mechanic. If you are doing dual colour pairings, each mechanic must fall under 2 colours! Each colour can only have 2 mechanics! And tri-colours, same thing except replace two with 3. You must have a mech for EACH pairing!!!!!
-If you want to reprint a mechanic, you have to have old AND new cards of that mechanic!
-You must have 5 walkers. No more than 2 can be reprint walkers, 2 have to be new in every way, and all else can be new versions of an old one.
-The deadline will be January 21 (Might change! Keep watching this thread!)
-You may NOT team up with anyone unless they're not on Gatherer.
-You may not give anyone else ideas if  they're on gatherer. Etc, etc.
-The duals canNOT have the same abilities as any of the classic duals OR any Shards+ duals.
-The set can't be ALL creatures, it needs to be relatively balanced.
-You can do 5 or 10 multicoloured pairs- SHards/wedges OR guilds!
-All pairs must have 8+ cards that use ALL those colours.
-Each colour pair must have a dual land. All duals must have the same general ability. (Only difference being the mana.)
-If you have a question PM me! Don't write it here!
-Email uniongaming12@gmail.com not any other.

Crap! I've already given away a card idea that didn't for my set...
And now with this 249 limit, this screws everything up that I worked so hard to make fit in the guidelines...
And just when I had to ditch whites mechanic because of this article because it semi-tutors creatures

As long as you designed the cards can you ask for help naming them? I'm having trouble coming up with a rare I made for blue aggro

If you designed the mech BEFORE WotC it's fine. And no, you need to name them yourself
