If I got cage and kill my opponents messager undying don't bring him back correct?

I'm guessing you mean you have a {Grafdigger's Cage}, you kill their {Geralf's Messenger}, and are wondering if undying will put it back on the field.

Nothing can enter from the graveyard or the library. My question is will it stop {Diabolic Tutor}?
