Not sure the gift is worth it when you're saving weenies, as they'd still only come back without the +1 beans you have managed to pile on them.
{Spear of Heliod} is necessary in White Weenie. At least as a 2-of.

and i'm thinking for this to be competitive it needs elspeth main board, but not sure what to cut.
I'd also suggest bringing at least a couple of the spears into you main deck.
Also consider a cut to the number of sideboard elspeths as you'll never want a playset of six-drops in a cheap aggro deck with no land fetch,
Would much rather see {Heliod, God of the Sun}, as you're in mono so devotion is going to be straightforward and he provides defensive capability, even if only from the SB
Also maybe {Hopeful Eidolon} over your multicolour protection dude? It offers the chance to activate heroic late game, or get an early lifelinker on the field
