An I equip a sword or anything after the attackers and blockers are declared. Before damage?
I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think you can only equiP when you could cast a sorcery. I have been wrong before though...

Meaning it would be instant speed. As goes for the rest of the cycle of equipment that {Cranial Plating} came in.
