{Warleader's Helix} is very good. The extra life is nice as well :)

In all honesty I would try to fit another blood baron and desecration demons into this. Having that 6/6 really messes with the aggro and blood baron is self-explanatory

Because you have the {Guttersnipe}s and {Young Pyromancer}s, I'd push the deck to Grixis or America and capitalize on the instants and sorceries.
