They don't. Door reacts with creature summoning spells. Sadly, hive stirrings is a sorcery spell that puts down tokens. Bigger tokens but no charge counter.
The Sliver tokens would get +1/+1 for each charge counter on Door, but casting Hive Stirrings won't increase the Door's counters.
Well, if you name Sliver on Door...
They don't, regardless. Door of Destinies' will only trigger when you cast a spell with the chosen type in the the Type line (or Changeling). The tokens will still be boosted by the door's other ability, though.
