I'd consider adding more land as a control deck you don't want to miss a land drop so maybe -2 {Ætherling} +2 land?
I'll try it out. I want to keep at least three aetherling just because it's an important win condition
To me ætherling as a 4 of in the deck will really slow you down more than anything especially when you only have 20 land. I would drop it to a 2 of 3 maybe and add in more land. I also favor magma jet over shock just because of the scry 2 which can set up your counters, important land drops, etc. I would also try and find some more draw power. I know izzet charm helps dig but even just like 2 opportunitys will make a huge difference IMO.
Otherwise solid deck I like nay love {Cyclonic Rift} IMO one of the most underrated control cards in Standard!! I think that you should have no problem with this deck :D
