Looking for some decent card sleeves that can keep my cards safe.
So what do you guys think are the best sleeves?

KMC hyper mattes + perfect fits
How are the hyper mattes? I saw some video reviews that say they're way too short, like less then a millimeter left from the top of the card. I've also never been able to get a perfect fit into a KMC matte.

I am using double sleeving with KMCs perfects + black matte and I had never problems. The sleeves perfectly fit...;)

I spent 20 minutes trying to double sleeve my {Timetwister} before I finally made a proxy for it.

It's only a $400 card...just play without sleeves! (sarcasm) Honestly, I would use a proxy even if it did fit in the sleeves.

I love the hyper mattes, they seem a lot easier to shuffle than the normal mattes (for me). They are noticeably shorter than normal sleeves, but not to the point that cards are sticking out or anything.
One thing I have noticed is that after a while the perfect fits do have a tendency to slide up in the sleeve ever so slightly, but you can just push them back down, and again, they aren't sticking out, it's more that they don't stay right at the bottom.
Are Ultra Pros alright? I know alot of friends who use them and deck boxes.

Ultra pros are horrendous! Do not get them. The sleeves I got from ultra pro didn't even last 3 months before a third of my 100 were torn. And they aren't even opaque which is what I got them for in the first place. (I had an {Elbrus! the binding blade} and not one of the proxy cards)
Oh my.., (not sure what proxys are but sounds like you're upset.) how much are the better sleeves? I'll be sure to avoid UP
Proxy is a fake or replacement card used as a place holder
Ah ok then.
Hmm I have ultra pros on multiple decks for years and no problems. Though I don't like how much longer then the cards they are
