I would recommend cutting the deck down to as close to 60 cards as possible, it will make your deck more consistent. I also recommend running multiples (3-4) of each card you use, this will also make your deck more consistent. You might also consider focusing in on one concept. For example, you have quite a few Slivers in the deck, maybe add more and turn the deck into a Sliver Tribal deck.
