Probably the best way to play Dryad Arbor
The best use of {Dryad Arbor} is to play an uncracked Fetchland and when someone uses a "target player sacrifices a creature" thing, you fetch the Arbor and sac it. Reid Duke does it all the time with his {W}{G} hexproof deck, its hilarious. But the combo is pretty nice.

I don't know. I would think they would work well, seeing that each shockland can fetch all but 3 shocklands and eggs requires a wide variety of mana. They also go well with the whole theme of sacrificing stuff.
Fetches are needed in Eggs.
Also you could use {Walking Atlas}.
