A few things I notice off the bat:
1. Medomai - he's not a good finisher in favor of Aetherling right now. Yeah, there's the slim chance you get both you just win, but I think Mr. Ageless just wants to be a shapeshifter. You play Aetherling on 7 lands, you just win.
2. Negate/Essence Scatter - I hate counters that limit the range of things. {Dissolve} is much more in your favor, also allowing you to set up for great draws when you untap.
3. Daxos - This guy isn't really that great right now. Especially with all the big 2/1 1-drops we have right now (2 in each color). He also doesn't have hexproof. You might consider droppig one for another Heliod and then you've got an extra slot for something like...
4. {Riot Control} - This card is nuts. I run 4 in my list, because most decks right now are running a ton of small creatures that get in for a lot of damage, this just gets up I their face the turn before you supreme verdict and sets them back so much more.
5. Detention Sphere - I like this card as a 2-of. I think you should try {Cyclonic Rift}. Rift deals with Planeswalkers, opposing gods, opposing detention spheres, and that big dude you opponent just pumped for lethal. It's a slightly worse Azorius charm early game and a blowout EoT late game. Just keep I mind, the more rifts you try to play, the more counters you should stock up on so you can deal with bounce permanents permanently.

I hope you like my suggestions. Good luck playing your list!

Also, how do you like Thassa? Im looking at her mostly as a 3-drop scry 1 enchantment.

Edit: you should also play more than 24 lands. 25 is more optimal, 26 may be overdoing it, but it's a matter of preference. In a U/W list, making your land drops is crucial.

I run thassa as a 1 of in my list and getting to scry every turn has been amazing. If I need land, I look for more of that. If I don't, I sent the worthless lands to te bottom in place of spells. Plus, a Jace AoT and 2 d spheres and boom u got a 5/5 indestructible

Except I only run 2 spheres and no jaces. I just don't know where I would have the room in my list for Thassa.
