Nope fathom say "may" draw a card. So you can stop whenever you'd like.
You need all three for the combo to work. Fathom draws a card for getting a +1
Chimera gives life for drawing that card
And the angel puts another counter on everyone because you gained life.
Rinse repeat.
If nothing else this is a great way to pump up an army of small creatures.
Add {Aqueous Form} and you have a deck.

Whatever you do, don't cast {Prime Speaker Zegana}. Then you will lose.
Unless you stopped the process just before they had enough power to make you draw your entire deck.
