Either put your favorite effect or your top five
Mine is the Leidenfrost Effect
Obviously the one where you throw a block of sodium into your pool.
Does Mentos + Diet Coke count?
If not, I might have to go with the Doppler Effect.
This seems appropriate:

Yeah Mr White! Yeah science!

Schrödngers cat is quantum physics, and hypothetical but does it still count?

Does Mentos + Diet Coke count?
Technically, that's called nucleation :D

Fantastic! Nucleation it is, then! :))
The Maillard reaction is my favorite, because of the possibilities it has in cooking.
I like the Cherenkov effect personally, it makes cool colors. (It's what gives nuclear reactors their cool glow). Another cool one is the Magnus effect, very important for baseball, golf etc...
Envelope + Fertalizer + cotton + Gasoline = lots of fun.
You guys are so silly, the best reaction is obviously when you split an atom.
i still think mixing alkali metals with water is more fun, personal preference i guess :/
hey kids! dont drink the koolaid!
Does Mass Effect count?
Elmer's glue and liquid starch.
Either entanglement, because it breaks the speed of light barrier, or superfluidity (have you ever seen liquid helium? It is freakin' phenomenal!!)
I like messing with polarity to make water marbles.
can't remember name but the sound created when cars pass each other at different speeds.
Isn't that the Doppler Effect?
My favourite is ignition source + magnesium. Awesome light show.
