Total cards 77
So this is my deck idea everyone.
Any ideas and criticism is greatly appreciated!
You should make the deck sixty cards by cutting out cards that aren't particularly useful.

Working on it but I don't think 77 is really that bad
With only 15 lands it probably is.
Yeah, cut it to at the most like 64 cards and you need more than 15 lands.
Main thing is I don't have all these cards yet so I was just guesstimating how many lands I'd need. If/when I get all the cards I'd play test and what not to work it all out.
Alright, things to keep in mind for Modern:
-Jund, Ajundi and America are the top three most of the time
-Tons of removal
-Sideboards are UBER important
-Planeswalkers are quite common, especially {Liliana of the Veil}
Thanks for the tip.
Honestly I just play magic for the fun of it
So say I step into a competitive area and get wrecked it won't bother me too much. Plus it teaches me ways to change and rework what I have to work better.
Also never really understood the sideboard other than they are cards you can sub into your deck but my problem is I wouldn't be sure what to take out to put the side board in :/
Here's my explanation of sideboarding.
Think of each deck like its strengths and weaknesses. Now think of what you could do to cover each weakness. That's what sideboards are for. And any card that you feel like is weak in each specific match-up against another deck, you replace with a sideboard card that's very strong, but only against certain things (like the deck you're currently playing against).
That makes sense.
But couldn't I just leave the extra fifteen cards in my deck?
No, because that makes it inconsistent.
Less chance to get your win factor? Yes?
Pretty much. Yeah
Yeah but are you informed of what deck you're going against before you play them?
Alright haha makes sense. Get some practice then take them down.
In a 60 card deck (optimal} it's usual to run 19-27 lands, depending on curve/colors, and meta. 15 in 77 is just too little. First I'd say cut to 60, then, I'd say 21-23 land should do :)

Successfully cut the deck down c:
And 20 lands sounds great.

In most competitive tournaments there are decklists so you can actually find out what people are running beforehand, however you are not allowed to change your mainboard before game 1. It has to be the same to start every Bo3.
OT: 15 lands is very few unless you're running a crazy aggressive deck or a combo deck.
Yep and I've tweaked it to 20 which I believe should work considering nearly all spells and such in it are 1-3 drops. Aside from Sphere and Titan.
Now I just need to buy/get/trade all these cards :/
