Does Ghave ETB with double counters with {doubling season} in play?

Does Ghave ETB with double counters with {corpsejack menace} in play?

I'm sure I know the answer but my opponent isn't so sure and was hoping someone could back me up here...

The answer is yes for both, and can be seen in the rulings for the individual cards
